Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end recruitment for all critical roles at SystImmune, including but not limited to roles in research, clinical, and corporate functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
- Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Oversee pre-employment verification processes
- Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
- Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
