What You’ll Do
Treat recruiting like sales: identify prospects, cold call, pitch, and close.
Build pipelines of high-value candidates through outbound hunting (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach).
Use your persuasion and negotiation skills to sell opportunities, overcome objections, and close top candidates.
Manage the full sales funnel of recruiting—prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
Partner with hiring managers as your “clients,” understanding their needs and filling roles like closing deals.
Consistently hit or exceed targets and KPIs, proving your competitive edge.
