About this role

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting broader HR initiatives. This role will balance end-to-end recruiting with employee experience, HR operations, and organizational development.

Recruiting

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.

HR operations & employee experience

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee journey.

  • Maintain HR policies and documentation in line with employment laws and best practices.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees on HR-related questions, benefits, and employee relations.

  • Collaborate on initiatives related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

  • Prior experience as an early recruiting/HR hire and in scaling recruiting organizations.

  • Prior experience at an early stage startup, particularly in fintech

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employment law.

  • Proven ability to source and close top talent across multiple functions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.

  • Problem solving attitude and eagerness to take on various ad-hoc projects

  • BA or higher a strong plus
