How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales hiring giving candidates a world class experience

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview processes

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes

  • Support team initiatives that enhance our workplace culture

What Sets You Apart

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly high volume sales hiring

  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
