- Support and lead end-to-end recruitment activities
- Partner with leaders on hiring needs and manpower planning
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience
- Stay updated with recruitment tools and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Proven in strategic role and mass hiring experience
- Strong English communication (interviews & business discussions)
- Skilled in sourcing, ATS, and recruitment best practices
- Agile, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
