Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 1 + years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech hiring.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and required skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and ATS (Preferably Ashby)

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment in the tech industry.

  • Knowledge of data analytics/science, software development, and tech stacks.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to assess technical skills through various interview techniques.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Manage and coordinate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and other recruitment channels.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices in hiring.

  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Location - Hybrid ( Bengaluru )
