The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for key operational roles, including drivers, warehouse staff, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators. This role ensures timely hiring to support logistics and supply chain operations.

Shift: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for key frontline and logistics-related positions, including but not limited to drivers (B1, C, E), dispatch agents, load planners, mechanics, and warehouse staff.
• Work closely with operations, transportation, and HR teams to anticipate volume needs and provide consistent hiring pipelines for high-turnover areas.
• Source candidates using multiple tools: job boards, databases, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, and field recruitment where necessary.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule and support interviews, and provide timely feedback to both candidates and managers.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation requirements, and local labor laws.
• Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring conversion for operational roles.

• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on operational and frontline positions (logistics, warehouse, transportation, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with internal teams
