The position can be remote or on-site in one of the two locations - Valencia, Spain or Limassol, Cyprus.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry (previous experience in iGaming industry would be considered a plus)
- Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes.
- Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation.
- Languages proficiency: English - at least Upper-Intermediate level, Ukrainian/Russian - fluent/native level.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc.
- Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field.
- Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process.
- Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position.
- Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent.
