YOUR IMPACT:
- You will be responsible for continuing BetterMe Team exponential growth;
- You will manage a full recruitment cycle;
- You will work with different departments (technical, business, creative);
- You will contribute to the well-being of our customers worldwide.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of recruitment in product, gaming, outsourcing, outstaffing companies, or recruitment agencies;
- Experience of leading a full recruitment cycle;
- Experience of working with C-Level management and a diverse pool of vacancies would be a plus;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Business mindset and ownership;
- ’Getting things done’ attitude and agility;
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Desire to become a part of a Ukrainian product with a global reach.
