Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team in Israel or New York. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth. You will partner with hiring managers to source and recruit candidates for a variety of roles, including engineering, product, sales, and operations, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This role requires Hybrid working in either Tel-Aviv or New York City. The candidate must be open to working in the office on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers, providing them with insights and suggestions on the process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote Eon's employer brand to enhance our visibility in the competitive tech talent market.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of total recruiting experience, with exposure to hiring in the US market, with a proven track record of filling diverse roles.
- Experience recruiting for a technology company, with familiarity in hiring for technical roles and commercial roles.
- Startup experience is a strong advantage, with an understanding of fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn, job boards, and passive candidate outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
- Passion for building diverse teams.
