Recruiter

FocusKPI is looking for a Recruiter to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. 

Our Recruiters create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process. We work closely with teams to make sure all of the "behind the scenes" work that needs to happen to go from an opening to a hire actually happens. Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $35/hr to $39/hr
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Commercial and General & Administrative teams across North America, EMEA, and APJ to deeply understand hiring needs
• Develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
• Source qualified candidates, review CVs/resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
• Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
• Proactively identify closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
• Manage candidates in process and provide them with an exceptional recruitment experience
• Partner with HR & Onboarding teams to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a Dropboxer

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for commercial/business positions
• Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a CV/resume
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Ability to juggle multiple operational and administrative tasks in addition to recruiting responsibilities
• Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
• Must thrive and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business recruitment environment experience
• Metrics & data driven approach
• High volume recruitment experience
• International recruiting experience - EMEA/APJ experience would be a plus
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday would be a plus
