About The Role

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

We are looking for a Recruiter to assist with scaling our growing organization.You will partner with the leadership team and relevant stakeholders to scope, identify, screen and recruit exceptional talent to the april team. We're seeking someone who is excited by the challenge of building a team to reshape the US tax experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own the end to end recruiting process, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships.
• Serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team by providing compensation, market insights, and strategies that enhance the efficiency of the recruiting funnel. 
• Develop creative recruiting strategies that allows april to attract the best talent.
• Manage feedback funnels between hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage any third party recruiting relationships.

Experience:

• 2-4 years recruiting experience - fintech experience a plus, but not required.
• Experience scaling teams in an early stage start-up.
• Proven experience of hiring a wide array of roles in a high growth tech company.
• Demonstrated candidate management and recruiting capabilities.
• Natural relationship builder.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and methodologies.
• Passion for building amazing, and collaborative teams.
