PTC is seeking a Recruiter, to work in our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for proactively and creatively attracting talent across the organization for all assigned live roles. You will ideally have a background in Technical Recruitment - however all recruitment experience will be considered for this role.

**Please note this contract is for 6 months in duration**

You will be working in full cycle recruitment, always hiring for tomorrow and being proactive about the needs of the business. Need to have shared vision and strong understanding of the hiring needs, team dynamics, and leadership styles.

Day-To-Day

  • Develop sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or other job boards
  • Execute marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies
  • Conduct initial outreach to and screening of prospective internal and external candidates and serve as the direct point of contact for the prospective candidate
  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluate candidates
  • Understands recruiting processes, guidelines, compliance, and regulations
  • Build partnerships with the Business to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent
  • Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business
  • Increase brand awareness by building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and social media platforms

Your Skills And Knowledge

  • 1-3 years in Recruitment experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales mindset & Customer focus
  • Perseverance, team spirit & humor, drive for results
