Your main focus should be recruitment. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting the best candidates for various positions within our company from Product to Customer Support. With lots of room for initiative, this role promises to be very dynamic!

👉  What you’ll do

• You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle

• You’ll dive deep into headhunting suitable candidates by actively seeking out the right person for the role, mostly for technical and business positions

• You’ll coordinate, conduct and evaluate interviews throughout the whole hiring process, providing feedback to hiring managers

• You’ll (co)write and post job advertisements, complete with job descriptions and requirements

• You’ll negotiate financial compensation and finalize arrangements between the company and candidates

• You’ll closely cooperate with hiring managers and administrate the hiring process

• You’ll take ownership of the whole candidate experience

💪 Who you are

• You’re experienced - we’re talking at least 2 years of experience in technical and business recruitment, ideally in a start-up environment

• You’re resourceful when it comes to actively searching for suitable candidates, and you’re open to experimenting to get the best response rate

• You know what the dos and don'ts of addressing talented people via LinkedIn and other channels are (e.g. no carpet bombing)

• You have very good communication skills and basic copywriting skills

• You’re able to provide constructive feedback to all candidates including sharing the “bad news”

• You have the ability to multitask and organize your time between several projects

• You have great organizational skills, attention to detail and you’re a team player

• You are tech savvy and you’ve worked with an ATS (we use Ashby)

• You are keen to follow the latest trends in the recruitment world

• You’re fluent in English & Czech
