We’re looking for a talented Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying and hiring exceptional candidates who align with Resonate’s culture and goals. 

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their team’s goals, hiring needs, and job specifications.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with candidates, serving as their key point of contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Source high-quality candidates through innovative strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative sourcing tools.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in Greenhouse and manage the entire candidate pipeline efficiently.
  • Develop and update job descriptions to reflect evolving organizational and departmental needs.
  • Screen resumes and applications, assessing candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Evaluate applicants’ experience, competencies, and potential fit for Resonate’s culture.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by applying and promoting HR recruiting best practices.
  • Champion Resonate’s reputation as an employer of choice and “best place to work.”
  • Collaborate with HR to refine and improve recruitment processes and strategies. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (e.g., video interviews, phone screens, and reference checks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities and deadlines. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS organizations or technology roles. 
  • Familiarity with recruitment for leadership positions or niche roles.
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
