Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of relevant experience.
3. Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and business positions; meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
4. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
5. Strong passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, technology, and sales positions.
6. Naturally curious and eager to meet new potential team members.
Prefers (Nice to have)
1. Relevant experience in start-ups.
2. Experiences with CRM software including the configuration, and development of dashboards and reports.
3. Strong network in the crypto and blockchain industry.
4. Experience recruiting in the crypto & blockchain space.
