$45,000-$55,000/year DOE

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and deadlines. We want somebody with the ability to connect and build relationships quickly and take pride in driving for results. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and are likely an early or mid-career professional with recruiting and HR experience, eager to tackle your next adventure. 

: 

• Source proactively as well as respond to reactive applicants for job openings 
• Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to determine staffing needs 
• Interview and prepare individuals for the next steps in a full-cycle recruiting process 
• Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements) 
• Ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with state and federal laws 

: 

• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or experience in a corporate recruiting role (preferred) 
• Ability to work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
• Ability to meet daily and weekly metrics 
• Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
