Job Summary
Overall responsibility in administering and executing all activities related to recruitment both direct local and foreign workers as well as responsible in supporting and executing any assignments related to the recruitment drives.
Job Description
- Identify and execute various of recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy for directs hiring.
- Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruitment vendors for the outsource operators and foreign workers.
- Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as walk in interview and employment carnival or any other events related to recruitment.
- Arranging interview schedule with the hiring department and managing the job offering process.
- Managing new hire on boarding and integration process from activities prior to the date of employment and also on the first day of employment.
- Actively participating in HR improvement process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in human resource / business administration or any related degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment for directs
- Passionate about recruitment drive and sourcing
- Result oriented an excellent time management
- Able to multi-task and manage stress appropriately
- Good planning and organizing
- Positive mindset and and attitude and high compliance
- Good communication skills and personal
- Computer literacy (MS application)
