Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our People team in .
- : Looking for the best candidates to available positions both in Stockholm and in Miami
- : Lead the process of interviews among internal stakeholders
- : Responsible for Linkedin company page
- : Be the main contact with external recruitment firms
- You understand what it means to find a great candidate
- You never give up to build talent. Second best candidate is not good enough
- You understand the value of collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Great at building relationships and networking. Should have the skills to build and keep a solid pipeline.
- Would need to get familiar with the tech stack used across departments so they can identify candidates that possess the necessary tech/software experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with candidates. Should be capable of selling the company's vision and role's potential impact
- University degree
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Some experience in recruiting within the tech industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish
