What you'll do:
- Recruit for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
- Proactively identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new employment opportunities.
- Utilize resourcing tools, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify qualified therapists.
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication to create future hiring opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outreach and personalized recruiting campaigns to attract therapists.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactive and passive recruiting, including identifying high-quality healthcare professionals who are not actively seeking employment, developing relationships with prospective candidates, and converting passive talent into qualified candidates and hires.
- Experience using an ATS system and recruiting platforms.
- Two or more years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- The ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
- Occasional travel as needed for recruiting events.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Associates in Pediatric Therapy, LLC, is a family-focused pediatric therapy practice that has proudly served children with developmental delays since 2007. Our service area includes Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. Our staff of certified specialists and therapists treat pediatric patients for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. Our vision is to continue to grow and bring quality services to every child who has a need.
