- Gestionar procesos de búsqueda y selección de principio a fin, alineándolos con las necesidades de cada área.
- Asegurar una inducción efectiva para los nuevos ingresos, facilitando su integración en la empresa.

Requisitos que buscamos en vos:
- Experiencia previa en reclutamiento (mínimo 2 años).
- Estudiante o egresado/a de la Licenciatura en Psicología.
- Experiencia en aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicotécnicas.
- Portugués avanzado (excluyente).
- Inglés avanzado (preferente).
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Excel).
