Working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment, you'll use advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and targeted outreach to build qualified talent pools for critical roles. • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring strategies and support business decision-making.
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and long-term alignment with role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain talent pools that support current hiring needs while building readiness for future demand.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity, reporting, and compliance documentation within Workday while driving hiring momentum and process excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring talent across both skilled trades/craft and salaried roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced behavioural interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategies to workforce and operational needs.
