Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively source and engage with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as needed.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Candidate Experience:

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, both domestically and internationally, as they pertain to
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Manufacturing Semiconductor industry experience
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Agency Experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.
