Position Summary

QuickMed Urgent Care is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions across multiple locations. This role plays a vital part in attracting top talent who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the continued growth of our organization.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across various recruiting platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend employment offers and facilitate the pre-employment process.
  • Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support onboarding initiatives and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical office administration, HR coordination, or workforce management.
  • Experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for urgent care, ambulatory care, primary care, or multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
