We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both communication and data management.
This role will require hours between 8:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM EST.
Applicants should be able to commute on-site to Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring data
- Utilize Excel to manage candidate pipelines and reporting
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual fluency preferred (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- 20 to 30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours EST
This is a 1099 position. You will not be employed by the company.
