We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. This assignment is expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
This is an onsite/hybrid position located in Albuquerque, NM.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serves as a representative for company activities related to the recruitment and hiring of job applicants for our W2 and 1099 staffing needs.
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies.
- Monitors active job postings both sponsored and on the company website.
- Actively participates in networking events and online platforms to maximize employer branding.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process.
- Travels within the geographic operating footprint of the company to attend recruiting events including job fairs, community events, and other venues likely to result in positive recruiting outcomes.
- Determines the appropriateness of candidates through conversation via in-person or virtual engagement.
- Communicates with local leadership, onboarding specialists and/or HR leadership about potential candidates.
- Utilize social media networks and employee referrals to build out the candidate pipeline.
- Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned.
What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of Recruiting experience preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
