Contract Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring W2 and 1099 staff across multiple states. Partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage job postings, build candidate pipelines via social media and events, and support onboarding and continuous improvement projects. Requires travel to recruiting events within the company footprint.

Prepare and review medical and caregiver notes for accuracy; contact Home Health Aides and Nurses to retrieve or correct charting; use medical management software, PDF editors, and Excel; coordinate with Billing Specialist to meet payroll deadlines; troubleshoot issues and support multiple markets to ensure seamless authorization and billing.

Coordinate staffing for home healthcare patients by identifying vacancies, creating schedules, collaborating with HR and case management, onboarding and orienting contractors, tracking caregiver compliance with billing, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant communication and 24/7 on-call coverage.

Manage prior authorization requests for Home Medical Equipment: collect and verify documentation, compile and submit packets via payor portals, update Brightree and Salesforce, communicate with payors, DOL examiners, patients and internal teams, and ensure timely, compliant authorization processing.

The Travel RN provides high-acuity patient care in various locations, with a minimum of three 12-hour shifts weekly, ensuring compliance with physician directives and documentation.

Lead multi-state payroll operations including end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, reporting, team supervision, payroll system migrations, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
