Reports to: Global Lead Recruiter
Location: Bangalore, India- Hybrid
- Own full-cycle recruiting globally across a range of roles and teams, ensuring an efficient and consistent process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination for roles managed by senior recruiters, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.
- Assist with recruiting efforts for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, under guidance from senior team members.
- Help build and maintain candidate pipelines by following established sourcing plans and outreach templates.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs, timelines, and process logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS, and share basic pipeline updates with the recruiting team.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and develop comfort using recruiting data to support hiring decisions.
What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting in the Technology Sector, preferably in a product-based startup.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and workflows.
- Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Startup experience and cross-functional team experience.
- A hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
