With guidance from Talent Acquisition Recruiters, you will support management teams by providing strategic talent sourcing solutions at the country or regional level to meet hiring demands. You will leverage your sourcing expertise to scout, screen, and connect with suitable candidates, ensuring alignment with recruitment needs.
By developing a deep understanding of talent pools, career aspirations, and industry trends, you will help identify individuals who are the right fit for IQVIA—both now and in the future.
Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including internet searches, job boards, employee referrals, direct outreach, alumni networks, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Attend initial briefing meetings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to gain insights into business requirements and talent expectations.
Communicate the IQVIA brand value proposition to candidates, helping them understand how the organization supports professional growth at various career stages.
Conduct initial screenings and qualify suitable candidates for further recruitment steps.
Map talent within competitive and lateral industry landscapes, analyzing reporting structures, job responsibilities, career preferences, and availability for new opportunities.
Utilize third-party talent mapping services and integrate insights into market maps for targeted talent pools.
Provide external marketplace intelligence to the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders, offering valuable industry insights.
Plan and execute networking events to enhance employer brand visibility and strengthen connections with potential talent.
Develop detailed reports and provide regular updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
Participate in relevant skills training programs and share sourcing tips, successes, and best practices in team meetings.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Proven experience in sourcing talent across one or more Asia Pacific markets, covering both mature and emerging economies.
Ability to effectively source, map, and engage with talent at all levels within competitive organizations.
Strong capability to communicate and position the company’s branding proposition to potential candidates.
Expertise in digital sourcing, social media recruitment, and phone-based outreach.
Ability to leverage market referrals to expand talent networks and identify strong candidates.
Strong project management skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of market maps.
Deep understanding of the environment, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, PPT), ATS & CRM systems etc.
Demonstrated resilience and creative problem-solving skills in talent acquisition strategies.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in sourcing activities.
Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
