How you’ll make an impact:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake calls with hiring managers to offer stage.
Perform phone screenings, interview candidates, and ensure high-quality candidate interactions;
Draft and post job descriptions across various recruitment channels;
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and stakeholders;
Contribute to recruitment reports, process improvements, and general administrative tasks.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good level of English (B2) & Spanish (C1);
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
Strong organizational skills, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and shifting priorities;
Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities;
Bachelor's Degree may be needed.
