If the answer is yes, then ClearSource is looking for you to join our team as a Recruiter. You should be responsible for recruiting top talent for the company and supporting HR functions. This includes managing the hiring process, onboarding new employees, handling employee inquiries, assisting with performance reviews, and maintaining HR records.
What will you do as a Recruiter?
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Create job descriptions and post job openings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage the hiring process from application to offer.
- Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation.
Human Resources:
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Assist with performance reviews and goal setting.
- Support HR policies, training, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
What ClearSource Needs from You?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, preferably in a similar combined role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR best practices.
