Key Responsibilities- Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
- Deep-dive into various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised job boards, and alternative databases.
- Craft highly personalised outreach messages that achieve high response rates from top-tier passive candidates.
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure cultural and technical alignment before presenting them to the hiring team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to continuously optimise the sourcing workflow.
- Maintain organised candidate data within the ATS to ensure a seamless handoff to hiring managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a strong focus on proactive talent identification and outbound sourcing.
- Demonstrated success hiring remotely across multiple international markets, including South Africa, LATAM, the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Extensive experience sourcing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AEs), and broader GTM (Go-to-Market) roles.
- Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray search, Boolean search techniques, Pnet, and other job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Strong mastery of advanced Boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, and alternative sourcing methods beyond traditional keyword matching.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate ATS and CRM records.

Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with emphasis on talent identification.
- Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar).
- Mastery of Boolean search strings and varied search techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional, persuasive phone presence.
- Detail-oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking.
- Experience sourcing for niche technical roles or high-growth startups.
- Experience sourcing for Sales Development Representatives/Business Development Representatives.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Experience with automated outreach sequences and A/B testing recruitment messaging.
