About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team for 3-4 months period with the possibility to transition to long-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to CV screening, interviews, selection, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication, manage expectations and timelines with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support recruitment process optimization for efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and assist with onboarding activities as needed.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and familiarize with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience managing full-cycle and bulk recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English is a must (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience hiring in outsourcing, gaming, or localization industries, recruiting across multiple European countries, and working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Working Condition: 

  • Fully onsite, M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm Portugal Business Hours
