Manage and support recruitment activities – sourcing, pre-screening, interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Create a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new colleagues
Support employee engagement initiatives and help people feel connected and involved
Contribute to local Employer Branding activities and strengthen our presence in the market
Track progress and share insights with stakeholders
Experience in HR, Recruitment or people-related activities is an advantage, not a requirement
Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with different people is a must.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple topics
Positive mindset and willingness to learn and improve
Good command of English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
