The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across Eight Sleep. You'll act as an internal headhunter, proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent rather than waiting on inbound applications. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build and manage pipelines, run a sharp interview process, and help us scale the teams that power our growth. Your job is to keep the pipeline full, the process fast, and the bar high.
How You'll Contribute
Own Hiring End-to-End: Lead the full-cycle recruiting loop for a global portfolio of roles across diverse regions and legal frameworks, leveraging AI and human judgment to aggressively reduce time-to-fill
Target Top 1% Talent: Proactively identify and engage elite talent across multiple channels and university partnerships, building live pipelines before roles officially open
Advice Hiring Managers: Partner closely with managers to sharply scope roles, unblock bottlenecks, and drive a seamless interview cadence
Maintain a High Talent Bar: Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every single hire meets the company’s strict standards and culture fit
Data-Driven Mindset: Create and maintain metrics dashboards tracking the health of the hiring process to keep leadership continuously informed on pipeline velocity and conversion rates
Process Optimization: Continuously upgrade recruiting workflows on our ATS (Ashby) to make hiring faster, more scalable, and highly consistent
What You'll Need to Succeed
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, D2C, or tech environment
Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates, with a deep understanding of how to run a LinkedIn outreach campaign that actually converts
Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., marketing, web, mobile) and global regions, quickly learning the nuances of each role to get candidates excited about the company
Sharp judge of talent and culture fit, with strong stakeholder management skills to keep hiring managers aligned and moving
Experience with modern ATS tools (Ashby a plus); organized and metrics-driven in how you track pipeline health
Exceptional communicator, fluent in English

Skills Required
- 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting internationally across Europe and the US
- Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates with effective LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable recruiting across a range of functions (marketing, web, mobile, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to run a fast, rigorous interview process
- Exceptional communicator, fluent in English
- Experience with modern ATS tools (Ashby a plus)
- Affinity for consumer, health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Background blending agency or executive search with in-house recruiting (ideal)

Eight Sleep is building a predictive health platform powered by sleep, now used by 200k+ members nightly across 30+ countries. Our products combine hardware, software, AI, and biometric sensing to turn the bed into an always-on system that can measure physiology, regulate temperature in real time, and adapt throughout the night to improve sleep, recovery, and long-term health. The impact is already measurable. In studies, the Pod has improved sleep quality by up to 32%, helped users fall asleep up to 44% faster, reduced nighttime disturbances by 23%, improved cardiovascular recovery markers like heart rate variability and resting heart rate, and increased cognitive performance, including a 9% improvement in processing speed.
