Job DescriptionAbout Your Role:
With over 120,000 packages per day, our logistics department is one of our most crucial teams. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in our team and growth. You will ensure the right people are in the right place by:
- Following up with applicants and guiding them through the application process.
- Scheduling interview days and ensuring a smooth process.
- Giving engaging presentations and tours on interview days.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
- Handling the complete administrative process of recruitment and selection.
About You:
- Experience as an employment consultant, recruiter, or a similar role.
- Affinity with the logistics sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, with English and/or German as a plus.
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized.

We are an international company that is currently active in seven countries in Europe and is growing rapidly. Our headquarters as well as on of our distribution centre are located in Sevenum in the Netherlands near the German border. Our other distribution centre is in Milan, Italy.
