INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- reation and maintenance of job postings and advertisement profiles
- Identification and direct approach of suitable candidates: inside professional networks such as Xing, Linkedin or similar
- Managing the candidate experience and conducting job interviews with candidates
- Support with administrative tasks related to the recruiting process
- Participation in shaping the recruiting processes and strategies
- Administrating the recruiting tools, processes, templates and recruiting software, making sure job postings are well placed and aligned with HR marketing strategy, recruiting-channel effectiveness
- Supporting the development of suitable search strategies as well as permanent research into suitable sourcing channels and job boards for the recruitment of suitable employees
