In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization.
This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo)
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 20–30 hires
- Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments
- Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level
About You:
- You have initial experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-collar hiring
- You work confidently with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability
- You have successfully filled challenging roles and consistently delivered high-quality hires, even in competitive talent markets
- You are fluent in both German and English (Applicants speak german and/or english)
- Practical experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage

Skills Required
