About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are excited to introduce a new Recruiter Intern role focused on Sales Hiring.

We're looking for a Recruiter Apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of top sales talent. This internship is designed for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment by learning the fundamentals of sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals.

You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, gaining hands-on experience and gradually taking ownership of the recruitment process.

What You'll LearnCandidate Sourcing
  • Find and engage top sales talent using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.

  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Learn how to identify what makes a great sales candidate.

Interview & Candidate Assessment
  • Conduct initial screening interviews.

  • Assess candidates against the skills and behaviours needed for success in sales.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback.

Offer Management
  • Support the offer process from approval to acceptance.

  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey.

  • Help deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
