- Must be coursing last year of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resources Management.
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Support: Hybrid
- Experience:
- Work independently as well as in a team.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Identify and develop sources of qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the Recruiters Specialist.
- Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.
- Write effective job postings and job ads.
- Perform effective and clear pre-screenings using proven target selection methodologies.
- Effectively perform several administrative activities such as schedule meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files, others as needed by the business.
- Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expand FITS service offerings.
- Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
