Recruiter Intern/ Executive

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter Intern/ Executive to join our Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment across multiple areas of business and locations. You will gain international experience and improve your sourcing and communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions within the iGaming, IT and fintech industry, for relevant internal roles, from junior to C-level positions.
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find suitable candidates.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases to ensure a robust pool of talent.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and the relevant industries sectors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming, fintech or tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of employer branding and candidate management.
