Product Management, Specialist, Cards Lab Content Manager
The Market Intelligence team is looking for a highly motivated Specialist to support the strategic development, organization and evolution of content for Cards Lab, a self-service solution helping issuers in monitoring and reviewing their cards portfolio, and creating card value propositions, leveraging a rich set of market insights and benchmarking tools.
The ideal candidate should have preliminary understanding of cards offers, Card Value Proposition design and launch, strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and a proactive approach to content and product innovation.
Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible of the collection and maintenance of content - working closely with internal stakeholders and research partners - while shaping new topic areas and contributing to product expansion initiatives.
The role includes:
• Support the collection, organization and continuous refresh of platform contents (market insights, external researches, internal assets, CVP materials)
• Ensure all materials are updated, relevant, high-quality, consistent, and aligned with product priorities
• Proactively identify additional content opportunities that drive recurring usage and reinforce Cards Lab's value proposition across regions and audiences
• Identify content gaps and define new content areas, research needs, and priority themes for the roadmap
• Draft and refine research briefs to external agencies, ensuring alignment with market needs and Cards Lab's evolution
• Integrate internal knowledge and market intelligence to build comprehensive, insight-driven content packages
• Partner with MBI product and regional teams to ensure content relevance and strategic alignment
• Liaise with SMEs to validate accuracy and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Support cross-team initiatives in MBI that leverage Cards Lab content for go-to-market, sales, and client engagements
• Contribute to Cards Lab expansion strategy by preparing presentations, walkthroughs, documentation, and additional materials
• Proactively provide insight-based inputs that inform product enhancements, new platform features, and roadmap decisions
Skills • Strong attention to detail and organization, ensuring accuracy, structure, and consistency across deliverables
• Highly accountable and reliable, taking full ownership of tasks, timelines, and outcomes
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, functions, and regions
• Ability to build a positive, collaborative, and supportive working environment
• Proactive relationship-building with stakeholders to drive alignment and content flow
• Ability to work independently under manager supervision, while knowing when to request support
• Strategic and conceptual thinking applied to content development and product evolution
• Skilled in preparing clear, structured, and impactful materials (presentations, summaries, briefs)
Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with payment products and Card Value Propositions development is a strong plus
• Background in consulting, financial services, strategy, product or relevant analytical roles is preferred
• Comfortable working in global environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
