Job Description
Working within a supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites and offices in EEMEA, including manufacturing, IT, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do?

Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.

Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager

Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy

Proactively sourcing talent

Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates

Facilitating debrief meetings
-
Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers

Building Talent Pipelines
-
Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP

Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process

Participate in projects as needed
How will you get here?
Education
-
Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent
Experience
-
Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
-
Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
-
Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
-
Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Problem solving and time management skills

The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills

Competitive salary range of €1983 to €2970 gross.
Compensation
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 900,00–€35 000,00.
