We are seeking a driven and highly organized Recruiter to support our client’s continued growth. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, assess, and close high-quality talent.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable proactively sourcing passive candidates, and can provide a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer coordination, and closing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screens and assess experience, motivation, technical/business fit, and overall alignment with the opportunity.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, urgency, and follow-through.
- Provide candidates with a high-quality and personalized recruiting experience throughout the process.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
- Support offer strategy and candidate closing in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements as the organization continues to scale.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- preferably in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand complex hiring requirements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with urgency and adapting quickly as business priorities change.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently with limited structure.
