Navan is seeking an accomplished Senior Recruiter to execute on our regional recruiting strategy, focused on building and scaling a strong pipeline of sales talent. In this pivotal and dynamic position, you will take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier sales professionals as well as high-potential emerging talent for our sales organisation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with our revenue teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-volume, end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.
- Gain an understanding of the team’s headcount goals and support hiring efforts to ensure we meet our targets.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
- Leverage sourcing tools and recruitment data to identify passive candidates and continually refine programs for optimal results.
- Lead and support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Talent Brand team, crafting creative campaigns that reflect Navan’s culture and values.
- Drive ongoing recruiting projects and process improvements to meet and exceed hiring goals while upholding high standards of excellence.
- Mentor and support hiring teams on best practices, innovative strategies, and inclusive hiring approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environments.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing early talent pipelines, with strong skills in sourcing, ATS systems (such as Greenhouse).
- Agency and Go-to-market recruitment experience preferred
- Resilient and adaptive in the face of ambiguity, with a growth mindset and an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional candidate experience and use of data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience driving programs that foster a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
