Autodesk is seeking a Recruiter for its Early Career Program in Bangalore, focused on managing programs and attracting the next generation of talent. The Early Career Program is a critical business initiative designed to ensure Autodesk is equipped with game-changing individuals who can imagine, design, and shape the future.
The Global Early Career Program team at Autodesk is responsible for recruiting top emerging talent and managing programs that host hundreds of Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates worldwide, including locations in the USA, Canada, EMEA, India, and Singapore. The team maintains a robust talent pipeline of recent Interns, Apprentices and Graduates and partners closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues. Together, they serve as talent advisors and advocates, engaging the digital generation in software and business innovation.
The Role as a Recruiter within the Global Early Career Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for creating and driving strategic programs to attract key new talent for Autodesk’s locations in India. The role involves developing strong recruiting partnerships with schools, coordinating and executing impactful campus events, creating dynamic Apprentice Programs, and building a pipeline of highly qualified early career professionals.
This position reports to Sr Manager, Early Career Programs, based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Candidate Generation – Post approved jobs at target schools, partner with Career Centers, faculty members and internal stakeholders on events, and develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pool to our programs
Screening and Selection – Facilitate all aspects of candidate selection; resume reviews, interviews and selection, candidate engagement resulting in high caliber entry career talent candidates
Onboarding – Manage all logistics pertaining to offer letter; work visas; payroll notification and others
Program Development – Facilitate structured Apprentice Program for apprentices resulting in an outstanding overall apprentice experience
Talent Pipeline - Ensure adherence to Autodesk’s global hiring process including comprehensive data collection of all candidates via ATS (i.e., Workday) database to build and maintain a talent pipeline of High Potential candidates
Talent Branding – Partner in the development of impactful campus recruitment/brand campaigns and their strategic deployment using social media & branded recruiting collateral
Partner with Internal Business Groups - Meet with leaders to evaluate conversion candidates upon conclusion of each cohort and facilitate offer approval and creation process
Promote Alumni Talent Pipelines - Maintain active Intern Alumni Talent Pipelines with former apprentices to champion our brand, share experiences and job opportunities to emerging talents
Support Program Principles - Ensure local alignment with Autodesk’s Recruiting policies and principles.
Program Results - Maintain and provide metrics to reflect accurate ROI
Benchmarking - Continuously monitor local industry’s best practices and provide improvement recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field
5-7 years of full-cycle campus recruiting or similar recruitment experience
Experience in a multinational technology company and virtual team environments
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems, particularly Workday and CRM
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across all management levels
Strong understanding of HR practices and local employment law
Meticulous attention to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities
Skilled in leveraging social media for recruitment
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Innovative and proactive in process improvement
Event planning and coordination experience
Exposure to creating content for early career programs

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
