Position Overview
We are seeking an Early Career/University Recruiter with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing events and managing intern recruitment processes from start to finish. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high volume recruitment events
Manage the end-to-end intern recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer letters
Partner with Career Center Coordinators and develop relationships with target schools
Facilitate structured internship events to ensure an outstanding intern experience
Maintain a robust talent pipeline of interns and high potential candidates
Ensure adherence to global hiring processes and data collection via ATS (i.e., Workday) database
Provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accurate ROI
Continuously monitor industry best practices and provide improvement recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in high-volume and intern recruitment
Strong interest in AI tools and process efficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and peers across all levels
Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday, CRM)
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Canada
Ability to manage high-volume applications across multiple roles
Experience in event planning and coordination
Fluent in English; French preferred
