What you will do in this role

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Screen and interview candidates efficiently, ensuring a strong match between skills, culture fit, and project demands
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Provide timely updates and excellent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and Operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity & inclusion principles, and local labor laws
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement in the hiring process

Your qualifications

You’ll be a great match if you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken, C1–C2 level) with a high level of English
  • Bring 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced corporate as an BPO environment
  • Have a solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management
  • Are confident using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and enjoy building strong professional relationships
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience hiring for technical or healthcare-related roles is a plus
