The Recruitment Data Intern is responsible for managing, and reporting data related to the Management Trainee (MT) and Field Office Hiring process. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment funnel and providing data-driven insights to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making.
Responsibilities- Collect, and maintain recruitment data from multiple sources, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Track and regularly update candidate status across all MT hiring stages (screening, testing, interviews, assessment center, and offering)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of candidate information
- Assist in documenting recruitment processes, and reporting for hiring
- Handle ad hoc data requests related to the recruitment program
Requirements
- Final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment data and talent acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes; experience with mass hiring or Management Trainee programs is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, fast learner, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
