POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Coordinator performs duties to help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires to Marshall Medical Center. Duties include but are not limited to: Manages the full cycle of the onboarding process for all new hires. Coordinates and schedules interviews. Assists with creating and formatting interview questions. Assembles and delivers interview packets. Processes requests for temporary staffing and contract needs. Assists with regulatory research and documentation and special projects as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition. Willingly and enthusiastically provides support and assistance to the Recruitment team to support the needs of the department. Consistently projects a courteous and professional demeanor when assisting candidates, hiring managers, employees, and co-workers. Willingly fills in when needed for other members of the Recruitment team.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Licensure/Certification:- H.S. diploma or GED and/or equivalent required.
Knowledge:
- Minimum of 2 years clerical/secretarial experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Knowledge of basic Medical Terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software programs required.
- Experience with Workday systems preferred.
- Experience with Application Tracking Software (ATS) systems.
- Knowledge of basic records maintenance and retrieval systems, database management, and alpha-numeric filing preferred.
- Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
- Alpha-numeric filing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions is required.
- Ability to complete a multitude of tasks and assignments quickly and prioritize work effectively.
- Basic office equipment familiarity required.
·Typing of 60+CWPM preferred.
